Kforce Account Manager in Attleboro, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client in the North Attleboro, MA area that is seeking an Account Manager to join their Customer Service team on a temporary basis. The Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction through administrative support.Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Interface with customers, manufacturing, marketing, sales, engineering and other support personal

  • Evaluate current and future material inventory requirement to support backlog, as well as the current and future customer requirements

  • Prioritize critical order and material needs for production schedule

  • Coordinate production and global manufacturing sites

  • Create spreadsheet reports for material needed on schedule

  • 2 years in an Account Management or B2B Customer Service environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Strong analytical skills - ability to read data sets

  • Oracle experience preferred, but not required

  • Ability to work with teams outside of the US
