Lahey Health Administrative Associate, Emergency, per diem in Beverly, Massachusetts

Job Description

Performs a variety of computer, clerical, and supply functions necessary for the operation of the nursing unit. Responsibilities include handling and controlling written and verbal communications between nursing unit, personnel and numerous physicians, ancillary services, patients, visitors and families, and the organization of the patient medical record.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate. Successful completion of Administrative Associate training or previous medical secretary/medical records experience preferred. Medical terminology preferred. Computer experience required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Scheduled Hours Per diem, hours assigned as needed.
