The Administrative Associate III will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing and providing secretarial and administrative support for the Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Program using independent judgment and discretion in planning, prioritizing and organizing work.

  • Planning, preparing and organizing logistic and administrative requirements for seminars, conferences and other special programs or events.

  • Answering, screening and routing calls and messages while providing standardized information within scope of knowledge and authority.

  • Organizing and maintaining daily administrative operations of physician’s practice.

  • Coordinating schedules with outside facilities.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A high school level of educational development and 6 months in a position as an Administrative Associate II or up to one year of basic secretarial training and one or two years of closely related experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • In‑depth knowledge and understanding of the department and hospital programs, policies, procedures and information related to his/her functions and services.

  • Initiative in improving operations within area/department, and the ability to assists in implementing changes. Work requires the ability to assist in overseeing the daily activities of co-workers to help plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments. No certification, registration or licensure required.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including a complete understanding of Outlook and calendar functionality) preferred.
