The Administrative Associate III will be responsible for:
Planning, organizing and providing secretarial and administrative support for the Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Program using independent judgment and discretion in planning, prioritizing and organizing work.
Planning, preparing and organizing logistic and administrative requirements for seminars, conferences and other special programs or events.
Answering, screening and routing calls and messages while providing standardized information within scope of knowledge and authority.
Organizing and maintaining daily administrative operations of physician’s practice.
Coordinating schedules with outside facilities.
To qualify, you must have:
A high school level of educational development and 6 months in a position as an Administrative Associate II or up to one year of basic secretarial training and one or two years of closely related experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
In‑depth knowledge and understanding of the department and hospital programs, policies, procedures and information related to his/her functions and services.
Initiative in improving operations within area/department, and the ability to assists in implementing changes. Work requires the ability to assist in overseeing the daily activities of co-workers to help plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments. No certification, registration or licensure required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including a complete understanding of Outlook and calendar functionality) preferred.
