We are actively seeking candidates with experience in Business Development and Targeted Sales Strategic Planning. Specifically, within high-end residential sales experience to add to our large existing client portfolio. Our luxury client portfolio requires responsible oversight by someone with experience in luxury residential construction.

We are looking for an experienced BD Lead to work with the Marketing department to evolve our sales platform and manage the wide variety of client project types. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategic planning surrounding current clients and new client acquisition and support.

  • Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.

  • Developing strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing training and development.

  • Prepares annual, quarterly and monthly update accounts on current opponents or business possibilities.

  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

  • Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Sales Lead

  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software, additional Procore proficiency a plus

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • A team player with leadership abilities
