Job Description

An employer is looking for a Data Warehousing Project Manager to sit in the Seaport district of Boston, MA 3x a week. This person will sit on the data engineering team of a large travel company. He/she will be responsible for delivering program goals. The organization is going through a data migration from Oracle to Snowflake, which will last till the end of 2025. This person will pick up PM duties for that and any other data warehousing related projects and tickets. This includes defining project requirements, building out a roadmap and priorities, and working across the organization to make sure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The team works in bi-weekly sprints and has 2 daily stand ups (1 traditional and 1 for the migration project). Additionally, they'll be sending out weekly reports.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of IT project management experience

2+ years of recent experience working with data warehouses

Experience running large-scale projects from start to finish

Experience working in SQL to query databases

Agile experience

Strong communication skills Snowflake experience null
