Per Diem / All Shifts Available
Payrates:
RNs: $48/hr
LPNs: $40/hr
Shift Differential:
Mon-Th
- 3-11/11-7 (extra $4/hr)
Fri/Sat/Sun
7-3 (extra $4/hr)
3-11/11-7 (extra $8/hr)
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
Assist Mandarin-speaking residents with their healthcare needs and ensure they receive culturally competent care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Fluent in Mandarin.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
