Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. Procurement Operation Associate will be aligned to Accenture’s fastest growing business segment – Accenture Operations. She/he will serve multiple clients across industries providing an unmatched opportunity to gain perspective and build a solid platform for career growth. They will develop strong project management skills and grow analytical problem solving capabilities. They will be part of Accenture’s market leading procurement organization driving significant and tangible value by impacting bottom-line results that can support our client’s strategic objectives like sustainability, innovation & growth. The Entry Level Operations Associate will join one of our more than 3300 procurement and category experts across the globe, and you'll collaborate using a common set of processes, platform and tools. You'll also have access to extensive procurement transformation capabilities-strategy development, technology implementation and change management.

Analysis of client spending trends Recommendation of strategies to improve bottom line results Leveraging market leading technology assets to drive financial impact Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations Maximizing performance across the procurement function Increasing spend transparency, compliance and control Enabling organizations to reduce their overall cost of acquiring goods and services Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement Post-graduate Degree preferred Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, savings opportunity assessment) Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
