Job Description

You will be working for World Renowned Top Consulting firm as part of the Knowledge team that delves into an intranet to best assist the company and its clients as a whole. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in Python and Java development, coupled with advanced knowledge of Elasticsearch. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading technical teams, designing robust software solutions, and implementing scalable architectures. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.

2. Architect and design high-performance, scalable software solutions using Python, Java, and Elasticsearch technologies.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical specifications.

4. Develop clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

5. Implement and optimize Elasticsearch indexes, queries, and mappings to support efficient data retrieval and analysis.

6. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of existing systems, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python, Java, and Elasticsearch, and incorporate relevant technologies into projects.

8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline development processes, and enhance team productivity.

9. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation strategies.

10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
