Zoom Technical Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

What you can expect

As an individual contributor, you will lead deployment projects for Zoom's Contact Center & Zoom Phone solutions within the Professional Services Organization. You will assess business needs and propose solutions while also managing project execution, including timelines, scope, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Leading deployment projects for Zoom Phone and Cloud Contact Center, prioritizing expertise in Contact Center solutions

  • Assessing business needs and proposing solutions, particularly in contact center configurations, with an emphasis on industry best practices

  • Managing project execution, including timelines, scope, and documentation, with a specialized focus on contact center migrations to Cloud solutions

  • Ensuring clear and timely communication, especially regarding contact center-related matters, and maintaining internal process tracking updates.

What we’re looking for

  • Have a degree in CS , MIS or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management and Contact Center solutions

  • Have project management experience in Contact Center technologies

  • Experience in contact center best practices, processes, and procedures for design, deployment, and have supported migrations to large Cloud Contact Center solutions

  • Experience with deployments for SBCs, trunks and gateways

  • Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
