Responsible for the overall direction and successful completion of these projects, the Senior Project Manager drives project ideation phases, navigates key stakeholder relationships, is an exceptional problem solver / decision maker, and works directly with project teams to achieve results. The Senior Project manager demonstrates mastery of project management processes, an ability to work in a highly complex technical landscape, and is a master communicator. Essential Responsibilities Able to lead and successfully deliver multiple (concurrent) high priority, complex software development and integration projects in an Agile environment.May be responsible for managing multiple HBS partner and IT relationships; able to develop deep relationships through trusting interactions.Able to take a project from ideation stage through delivery and transitioning to service operation; is able to clearly scope and define projects.Estimates projects using multiple techniques to arrive at realistic schedules.
