US Marketing Coordinator, Dupixent

The US Marketing Coordinator will support tactical execution of the US Dupixent (Atopic Dermatitis/Asthma) marketing strategy including promotional review board (PRB) organization and tracking, management of commercial sponsorship requests and other portfolio initiatives. The Dupixent Marketing Coordinator will report to the dermatology brand head (dotted line to Asthma brand head) and will be based in Cambridge, MA.

The US Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Manage PRB (Promotional Review Board) submissions for both atopic dermatitis and asthma and coordinate with the Alliance Review Committee Manager (RCM) all PRB activities for the overall review process within the BU

  • Serve as central coordinator of the PRB process within the Zinc system

  • Track progress of commercial jobs through the Zinc process throughout the job’s life cycle

  • Manage all PRB meetings and provide timely updates of job status after each meeting to job originator(s)

  • Send prioritized agenda and review materials to appropriate reviewers before each PRB meeting according to set timelines agreed upon by the Alliance reviewers

  • Function as the primary contact with external vendors to ensure all processes are followed for each job submission to maintain timely review of said item(s)

  • Perform quality control (QC) on all finalized reviewed pieces prior to uploading into the SGZ Zinc system for final release

  • Monitor on a weekly basis the status of all jobs and work with job originators and agencies to ensure timely closure of each job submission

  • Notify PRB chairperson of any/all job which are in a “critical” job status (no forward action has been taken and job is stalled within process)

  • Maintain active communication with Alliance RCM to ensure overall efficient and effective review process is implemented

  • Participate in weekly council meetings to facilitate the planning and organizing of future joint review meetings

  • Attach all formally released PRB commercial jobs from the REGN Zinc system to the SGZ system for appropriate regulatory tracking and acknowledgement to job originator(s) which pieces are approved for use

  • Archive all released jobs in Zinc, monitor previously reviewed jobs which are coming up for renewal, and hold all cancelled jobs according to regulatory process

  • Forward all commercially, branded, released (REGN/Zinc) jobs to regulatory reviewer for final documentation prior to releasing job to originator(s) for intended use

  • Complete all mandatory update training required by regulatory review process

  • Manage the Commercial Sponsorship Program as BU Sponsorship Program Officer

  • Track and process all commercial sponsorships requests

  • Review, organize, and provide initial triage of sponsorships for review

  • Generate regular reports of pending sponsorships with details, to share with appropriate stakeholders

  • Organize monthly Sponsorship Review Committee meetings, presenting applications for review, and ensuring full alignment of the Committee on approved / rejected sponsorship requests and amounts

  • Process approved applications through the system, including sending out agreements to Organizations, following up with reviewers to ensure timeliness, and processing and mailing payments

  • Work with legal, compliance, and budget owner to obtain compliance approvals if applicable

  • Follow up with sponsorship recipients 30-60 days post activity to confirm the program occurred; find out how many people attended, and request any activity highlights/photos they'd like to share. Send information to the sponsorship program chair so that they may share any key information with the organization, and upload information to the system

  • Gain and maintain a strong understanding of our promoted brands and associated brand strategies, to help affect efficiencies in the PRB and Sponsorship processes

  • Professionally and ethically work within industry and corporate compliance guidelines

  • Other responsibilities as defined by the supervisor
