Our client is a well-known private Ivy League research University and Education Leader and they are looking for a QA Business Analyst to join their growing team on contract through the rest of the year, with a good opportunity for extension into 2025. The QA Business Analyst will be brought on to work closely with Business Partners and BA's to gather use cases and provide enhancements within Salesforce. You will also perform QA tasks within Jira. Some of these tasks include User acceptance testing, Regression testing/scripts, and creating business cases/user stories. This role will also create test plans, test cases, and test data to validate test coverage. • Work closely with Business Partners and BA's to gather use cases and provide enhancements

• Critical thinking, problem solving and demonstrates attention to detail

• Evaluating and communicating scope changes and change in priority

• Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships across the organization

• Excellent communication, time-management, and task prioritization skills

• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
