Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced multi-specific biotherapeutics, emphasizing the use of preclinical findings and clinical biomarker data to address primary and secondary resistance mechanisms and improve clinical outcomes

• Apply platform technologies to support the development of outstanding clinical assets

• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing platforms

• Design and conduct in vitro experiments with scientific rigor to support portfolio progression

• Provide scientific leadership and function as a subject matter expert in Immunology and Oncology

• Build positive partnerships with therapeutic areas to co-develop novel biotherapeutics

• Manage resources to maximize efficiency and expedite project progression

Qualifications

Education:

• Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology or a related field is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum of 8 years related experience in drug development, including target discovery and validation is required

• Expertise in biotherapeutics development, including multi-specific biologics, cytokines, and other immune modulators is required

• Experience in advancing biologics from early discovery to clinical development is required

• Experience in translational research is required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities is required

• Strong publication record in top-tier journals is required

• Demonstrated leadership in driving innovation in a highly matrixed environment is required

• People Management experience is required
