Custom Products CSR
Providing customer service and processing orders for the Chelmsford print department. Responsible for effectively communicating with the Creative Department and the customer through artwork submission and approval. Creating custom item codes for each job. Responsible for processing orders through the Envisions portal and handling intercompany print orders.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Process custom orders for the print department, including, but not limited to Spectrum, Envisions and Signature decoration.
Process and maintain web portal orders.
Create custom item codes for each job..
Maintain database for pricing profiles/quotes and validate pricing on all custom orders.
Coordinate necessary credit approval for all custom orders.
Coordinate all necessary artwork from submission to approval for all custom orders.
Coordinate shipping of all custom print orders with Distribution Department to meet customer requirements.
Interact with customers, sales representatives, and sales managers, as needed to process orders timely and efficiently.
Assist on Processing and resolving all customer complaints and returns.
Interface and communicate with all Departments, WNA sites, and coworkers to ensure customer demand and company objectives are met.
Communication with customers about scheduled shipping to meet requested delivery dates.
Work with continuous improvement teams to identify and implement procedural and process improvements.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
This is a fast pace manufacturing environment with heat / cold and machinery with selves overhead and above work surfaces. Must have the capability to work on multiple tasks and/or projects and establish priorities to effectively and efficiently complete assigned duties and responsibilities. Sitting at workstation approximately 90 percent of work time, walking approximately 10 percent of work time. Must be able to lift 35- 50 lbs. Must be able to work overtime including weekends with short notice.
Education and Qualifications:
Associates degree or High School diploma or GED is required; with3- 5 years of customer service experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and have a working knowledge JIT, MRP, Lean Manufacturing, and the principals necessary to deliver a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
Salary is commensurate with appropriate background and experience.
