Licensed Clinical Crisis Supervisor Job Category: Clinical Requisition Number: INDEP005263 Full-Time Chicopee, MA 01020, USA Job Details Description Seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Clinical Supervisors to work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults at CHD\'s CBHC Crisis Stabilization, and Mobile Crisis Programs. Respond to adults and children experiencing mental health and or substance use related crisis throughout the catchment area. Services include but are not limited to crisis evaluation, urgent psychiatry, case management, and peer supports. Open 7 days per week, with the intention of offering the right service at the right time, all shifts are available. The ideal Clinical Supervisor will be Independently Licensed or licensed eligible in the clinical mental health counseling, social work or related field. Oriented to offering a continuum of care across all services, the candidate will be focused on supporting staff in clinical growth, treatment planning, safety coordination and generally triaging responsibilities. The right candidate will be kind, dynamic and able to support a culture of caring. Ideal candidate will be be able to work as part of a fast paced team, able to multi task, assign responsibilities and handle different urgent matters as they arise. Job Responsibilities: Conduct triage, assessments, clinical consultation and care coordination for adults and children. Responsible for assigning cases and managing workflow on shift Supervise a a team of clinicians Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings Maintain client confidentiality and records and individuals? human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations All candidates must be able to pass a CORI and driving background check.
