Rollstone Bank & Trust Teller Supervisor in Fitchburg, Massachusetts
Control office cash by conducting teller cash audits, ordering currency/coin required for the office, and handling of mutilated money. Complete daily master proof and check deposits. Provide guidance to tellers by assisting in complex transactions and balancing procedure and answering questions/resolving problems. Act as back-up to Assistant Manager by learning Assistant Manager\'s duties and cross-training a back up for Head Teller duties. Comply with bank operational and security procedures by testing alarm, ensuring cash and keys are secured, monitoring that policies are being followed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Candidate must possess good customer service, oral and written communication skills as well as accuracy and attention to detail.. Technologically proficient. Must have minimum six months teller experience with proven cross sales. Supervisory skills a plus. Rollstone Bank & Trust has branch offices in Fitchburg, Leominster, Townsend, Harvard, and Groton.
