Responsible to assemble and test cable assembly and electro-mechanical product per the process the specifications and per direction of the group leader/supervisor/manager. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Use and understanding of Process Routers so that operations can be completed successfully Identify parts by using Part Numbers Utilize hand tools (wire strippers, pliers, cutters) Measure various parts using (1/8", 1/16", 1/32" scales) Coil wire and cable using machine, hand coilers or hand cutting methods Use machinery, wire strippers, terminating equipment and heat guns to build product Identify and apply product labels per instructions Crimp various types of connectors, lugs and pins Fill out Part Request/Return Forms as required Understand and strive to attain basic ISO 9000-2000 and AS9100 goals as they pertain to Production Adhere to Electro-Wire's Quality, Efficiency and Safety Requirements Perform other duties as required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Acceptable written and verbal communications determined by interviewing manager MINIMUM TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Within 30 days of attaining position.
