A successful candidate must meet the following expectations:
Must be at least 18 years or older
Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and/or move 30 pounds
Ability to regularly stand for long periods of time
Available 40+ hours per week, including; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Attend and conduct all required meetings
Ability to operate all office and wireless equipment pertinent to the position
Train to conduct all Store Manager duties and responsibilities Telecom experience preferred Minimum 2 year of retail sales experience Sales Lead experience preferred Available 35-40 hours per week, including; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrates clear communication in listening, writing, and speaking
Consistently demonstrate a commitment to Spring Mobile's policies and procedures, including but not limited to; attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
