Executive Assistant Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a fast-paced, growing CPA firm in Milton, MA. Primary responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support of a confidential nature to the President, CEO and other Officers of the firm, managing the day to day operations of the office and supervising the administrative support staff. In addition, act as the Credit and Collection Manager for client accounts, assist with firm marketing and special events, coordinate the recruiting of professional staff, act as travel coordinator for job and meeting travel, etc. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: ?Primary person responsible for providing high-level administrative support of a confidential nature to President, CEO, Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers of the firm. ?Liaise with other internal staff members at all levels. ?Process executive level correspondence, reports and other documents. ?Planning and scheduling of Officers, Directors and Managers Meetings and Conferences. Attend, record, transcribe, prepare and distribute Minutes for Meetings. ?Maintain complex calendar for Officers and Directors. ?Manage day-to-day operations of the office. ?Supervise, coach and manage three administrative support staff. ?Manage client credit and collections. ?Coordinate marketing and plan special events. ?Coordinate recruiting for staff positions. ?Coordinate travel for professionals. ?Organize and maintain confidential office files and records. ?Maintain employees personnel, payroll and evaluation files. ?Maintain clients/non-clients data on customized Access database. ?Manage and coordinate in-house projects. ?Shared receptionist and switchboard operator. Experience Required ?At least 3-5 years? experience required providing support at a high level.
