State of Massachusetts Clinical Supervisor in Northampton, Massachusetts

The Hampshire Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking applicants for a part-time, 3.0 hours per week, non-benefited position. The clinical supervisor will be responsible for providing supervision and clinical support for the substance abuse clinicians at The Community Corrections Center in Northampton, MA. Responsibilities include weekly individual and/or group supervision of the clinical staff, participation in multi disciplinary treatment team meetings and consultation around center curriculum and treatment interventions.

Schedule to be determined with final candidates; hours to be conducted during the week, no weekend hours. Please include hourly salary requirements when applying for this part-time position (3 hours per week)

Qualified applicants should hold at minimum a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, rehabilitative counseling or other related fields from an accredited college or university. Must also have a minimum of five years supervisory substance abuse counseling experience. Demonstrated knowledge of evidence based practice and effective intervention with criminal justice populations. Licensure in any of the above disciplines required.
