Royal Health Group Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator in Norwell, Massachusetts
Location:MA - Norwell
The nursing scheduler generates, manages and updates master schedules while making adjustments as needed according to budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, call-ins, and pre-planned leaves of absence. The scheduler also works with the Nurse Leadership team to help in the onboarding of new hires, and coordinates with payroll to verify the time clock against the master schedule - including adjusting for missing punches.
Previous experience as a CNA, Nurse, Staff Coordinator, or Scheduler in a long-term care or other healthcare setting is preferred. Associate's degree or higher from an accredited school.
This full-time (Monday - Friday) role will also be in charge of overseeing the Central Supply process for the facility.
