The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: LPN license in the state of facility required. Minimum 5 years\' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred. Experience with geriatric care desired. Knowledge of state and federal regulations required. SUPERVISION OF OTHERS: Assists Resident Care Director with supervision of C.N.A staff.
