The candidate communicating issues, providing estimates, and helping to envision creative solutions to technical challenges. Candidate must be team-oriented and possess excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to offer technical direction and creative solutions to peers. The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing with various back-end technologies, as well as frameworks and services.
Significant experience in coding and unit testing in Java, HTML/XML/XSLT
Proficient understanding of Java Enterprise Edition and .Net frameworks
2+ years proven experience in Front End Development
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and can work on multiple different assignments at once
Ability to own and drive development of a project
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to participate in project test strategy definition and framework creation
May be responsible for creation and execution of Design Specification, Unit and System Testing, and Deployment Plans
Familiarity with the project SDLC lifecycle; Agile experience a plus
Experience with even-driven Java programming (Struts, Spring)
Knowledge of SQL and back-end experience on Microsoft technologies (.NET, MS SQL )
Experience with Sybase MSSQL, DB2, or other Relational DBMS
Knowledge of batch job, Maestro, and/or TWS server technology
Must possess excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to changes and priorities
Team player and collaborator who can easily adapt and adjust within a dynamic environment
Persuasive and effective communication skills including experience presenting and clearly articulating coding strategies
BA/BS in computer science
