Raytheon HR Specialist in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

This is temporary position within Raytheon of undetermined length. As a member of the HR Employee Services team you will be responsible for data integrity of all people-related business information which will be provided to HR and business leaders in the form of reports, executive summaries, data, and general inquires utilizing Microsoft Office Applications. In addition, you will assist the recruiters with interview scheduling and provide all employee data transactions related to the employment lifecycle including, but not limited to, hiring, on-boarding, transfers, salary actions and exits. This position requires a highly engaged, customer oriented employee to support the delivery of HR services on a tactical level and through ad hoc support to perform daily tasks. We strive to provide consistent, timely and accurate responses to all inquiries from candidates, employees and leaders whether in person, through our call management system or via our technology system. The priority goals for our team are to provide accurate solutions to all customers via a consistent centralized resource while meeting and/or exceeding customer service level agreements. Required Skills: 4+ years Administrative Experience Microsoft Office experience Prior experience in a customer service oriented role High School Degree or equivalent Desired Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline Prior work experience as a Human Resources specialist/administrator Customer service focus and experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or highly visible administrative role requiring interface with all levels of the organization requiring coordination and collaboration Ability to create reports and executive summaries utilizing Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills in a high volume, fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to work with confidential information with discretion and a high level of trust.
