This position is directly responsible for providing project management coordination and administration to the SVP, Global Engineering and the SVP, Corporate Development, Product Alliances, and Cloud. The Executive Assistant will be supporting many of the day-to-day operations and initiatives within these departments. This position requires the incumbent to exercise good judgment and discretion in the execution of all duties and responsibilities. This position will also be responsible for maintaining a hectic calendar for two executives including international and domestic travel arrangements and expenses.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Support extended management teams in day-to-day activities as necessary to include preparing materials, presentations and worksheets

  • ​Responsible for document/presentation preparation including when necessary using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Makes travel arrangements, coordinating airline and auto rental reservations, hotel accommodations, and expense reports

  • Schedules meetings, conferences, and appointments; establishes and maintains calendar of events and keeps executive informed of commitments

  • Track important due dates and key initiatives

  • Assist with planning of departmental meetings and events, prepare presentations and analysis

  • Respond appropriately to requests and ensure that deadlines are met

  • Maintain files and correspondence

  • Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work within established guidelines

  • Ability to sell ideas, persuade and influence at all levels including senior management

  • Receives and screens telephone calls, and mail. Personally responds to as many inquiries as possible, referring remaining inquiries to appropriate individuals within the company for timely responses

  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate

Work Location:US Woburn, MA Qualifications:Position Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with administration supporting an executive level person

  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required

  • Demonstrate ability in exercising tact and diplomacy for a professional \"front office\" demeanor at all times

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to work flexible hours as required

  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to problem solve and take initiative

  • Ability to handle multiple priority tasks simultaneously

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to anticipate, be resourceful and proactive

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
