Vistaprint, a scaling $1B global ecommerce organization, and is adding to its Global Customer and Competitive Insights team.

This team combines research, analytics and strategy expertise and works in partnership with teams across the organization to uncover market, customer and competitive insights that inform short and long-term business decisions. This is an opportunity for an experienced researcher to help shape and execute a variety of research and analysis activities to uncover insights that will ultimately fuel business growth.

Your role will involve...

  • Leading key projects and analysis spanning multiple business areas (brand, channels, product, pricing, etc) and research/analysis techniques

  • Incorporating data from multiple studies and sources - survey data, customer transactional history, and visitor website activity

  • Translating data and information into meaningful findings and insights that you are able to clearly communicate within your project team and to external stakeholders

  • Demonstrating flexibility to quickly respond to address business challenges in this dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven environment

  • Working to build and maintain strong relationships across the global customer and competitive insights team in order to work collaboratively to deliver against objectives

  • Opportunity to develop over time into a market research project manager

In return you will bring:

  • 2-5 years hands-on experience in market research execution, analysis, integration and summarizing data and insights

  • Confidence in performing exploratory data analysis independently and distilling to key insights and recommendations

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data and strength in charting and representing data and information in creative and powerful ways

  • Ability to learn and quickly apply new tools and techniques, with business curiosity to understand how and where our insights can impact the business

  • Skills to effectively manage multiple projects supporting multiple internal stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to perform analyses and incorporating findings into PowerPoint presentations. Ability to program in a common data mining language such as SAS or SQL a plus

  • Related work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in-house market research/analysis team or a market research/analysis firm
