We are seeking an experienced and talented Line Cook to join our culinary team at Acqua al 2 Berkshires! Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and presentation standards. - Maintain the quality of food, ensuring it meets the restaurant\'s standards and customer expectations. - Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service. - Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage. - Ensuring workstations are stocked, organized, and clean. - Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy, and properly storing ingredients.
