The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) serves Commonwealth residents interested in outdoor recreational activities, clean energy solutions and those who work with animals and livestock. The candidate will alsoresearch policies and programs at state parksoutside of Massachusettstoidentifybest practicesthatpromote access for all at parks.Other duties to includesupporting initiatives thataffirmand celebratesworkplacediversity,providing support for the posting of job positions,andadditionalemployee relationsduties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: The candidate should havean interest in human resources anddiversity,equity, and inclusion. The candidate should haveexcellent PC skills within a Windows environment and should be able todemonstrateintermediate levelproficiencywith Microsoft Office productsincluding spreadsheets.Strong research and writing skillspreferred.
