Adams Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is hiring a Construction Safety Manager. Responsibilities: - Ensure all federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes are enforced. - Stay current with new safety regulations, industry standards and reporting requirements. Integrate new requirements into our current safety program. - Ensure accurate record keeping of all safety related activities, including training logs, inspection reports and incident documentation. - Provide safety training for new employee orientation. - Work with project managers and jobsite foreman to develop Job Hazard Analysis reports and crane pick plans. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in construction safety management. - Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary in order to effectively train and influence others. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Valid driver\'s license. Some driving is required to visit jobsites throughout Western and Central Massachusetts. The salary offered will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
