We are actively seeking qualified Administrative Assistant The role will be temp-to-perm and the ideal person for this role will be available to work 8am to 5pm daily. Their primary function will be to cover the multi-line telephone in the main lobby. The candidate should also possess the ability to greet visitors, sign in and direct visitors. The candidate will be proficient with MS Office Suite as they will be assisting with other administrative functions in A/P, HR. Other duties include: Enter invoices and pull invoices (A/P) Assist with Document Control Open and stamp mail Match packing slips (receivers) to invoices Assist with filing (A/P and HR) Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
