Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of CNC operations, including complex setups, programming, troubleshooting, and quality control

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed for specific components and production requirements

• Operate CNC machines to produce components, closely monitoring machining processes, and making real-time adjustments for optimal performance and quality

• Conduct rigorous quality inspections using precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to ensure part dimensions and quality meet specifications

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines

• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime

• Collaborate with CNC programmers, engineers, and production teams to optimize machining processes, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
