General: Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Execute assigned duties with minimal supervision. Available for required overtime to support business needs and/or critical situations. Perform assigned duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Perform assigned duties following \"Good Manufacturing Practices.\" Maintain a clean & safe work environment. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years\' experience in plant maintenance or equivalent. Electrical certifications and licenses required. Experience with 24v, 120v, 220v, and 480v electrical systems and equipment Experience with control wiring, AC and DC power Ability to read ladder logic and machine/system electrical prints Experience with VFD?s, including installation and parameter settings Ability to read ladder logic and electrical prints PLC troubleshooting, input and output cards, remote I/O and programming Experience with electrical troubleshooting using various meters High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Analytical, mechanical, and computer skills. Knowledge of equipment and buildings. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs several times Work off ladders (height) Heat/Cold 125? F to 35?
