Six Flags New England Warehouse Suspervisor, Food & Beverage in Agawam, Massachusetts

Description You'll contribute to our mission by: Supervising daily operations of the Food and Beverage Warehouse Implementing and maintaining all corporate, park, and department strategies and procedures Coordinating the hiring, discipline, rewards/recognition, and termination Scheduling within established labor budget while maintaining compliance with labor laws and policies Maintaining the Food and Beverage inventory utilizing Eatec Communicating with the Food and Beverage team to maintain proper inventory levels Assisting with Maintenance, Retail, and Games inventory management functions as required Maintaining strong communication and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers Consistently monitoring inventory to maintain accuracy and conduct monthly inventories Maintaining assets and operate department within established expense budget Ensuring a safe work environment for all warehouse team members using park safety programs Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse to ensure Health Department compliance Leading, developing, and motivating warehouse team members Developing and maintaining warehouse training materials Assisting in any other functions that may be delegated by management You'll do it with your: Experience in a warehouse operation, inventory, receiving, and purchasing Experience in a leadership role Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to think and act intentionally and strategically to help improve the overall operation Capacity for creative problem-solving and conflict resolution Computer experience required; Microsoft Excel/Word, Eatec Experience Strong work ethic and sense of fun Valid driver's license You'll know you're ready if you are: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, bending, stooping, etc. Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
