Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are actively seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team on the 1st shift. You will play a crucial role in receiving and unloading trucks containing raw materials such as cardboard boxes, frozen vegetables, bags of flour, and crates of cream. Using walk behinds and stand up reach trucks, you will organize and store these materials efficiently. You will also be responsible for loading materials into a 48 ft. freezer truck for transport to our main manufacturing building. This role will require working between two locations, including a freestanding warehouse equipped with a freezer and cooler, located 2 miles from the main building.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Agawam, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This role is based in a dynamic food manufacturing environment requiring smocks, hair nets, beard nets, steel toe and slip-resistant footwear. The environment includes frequent exposure to varying temperatures including hot, cold, misty, and muggy conditions. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with potential rare overtime and seasonal adjustments to hours.
