The Treasurer/Collector?s Office for the Town of Amherst is accepting application for a qualified Customer Service Assistant II. As a member of the Customer Service Team, perform a full range of complex procedural accounting and clerical duties associated with computation, reconciliation and posting of accounts. Duties require knowledge of office collection and accounting processes and ability to understand policies and procedures. May provide administrative assistance relief to other departments. Bilingual capabilities are a high priority preferred. Experience in accounting, banking or finance, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience are preferred. Bilingual capabilities are preferred and are a high priority.
