salary: $104,000 - $135,200 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

 Assist with rebate reporting, pull data from BI queries and enter into excel spreadsheets to

calculate rebate payments due

 Prepare journal entries for month end closings

 Analyze fees for FI Serv and PayCenter / consult with vendor / IT and Accounting on treatment

of various charges

 Absorb responsibilities for Concur and MOTUS (learning software / supporting travelers /

managing Chase account for that area

 Responsible for new card issuances / temporary increases in limits / month end reconciliations

etc.

 ITI payment administration

 Let Them Shine payment administration / reconciliation

 Collecting data on invoices stuck in AP Workplace to allow better tracking and data to identify

problem areas (missing POs, missing goods receipts etc.)

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

Skills

• SAP R3 (2 years of experience is required)

• BI reporting (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)

• Certified Management Accountant

Qualifications
