Description

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst for our client in Andover, Massachusetts. The role involves working closely with the accounting department to maintain financial records and ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded. This includes bank reconciliation, maintaining fixed assets, and preparing journal entries.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses by analyzing and entering data into the company's financial system.

• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures by preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.

• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy in financial statements.

• Track and maintain the company's fixed assets with precision and accuracy.

• Manage cash applications and daily cash receipts to ensure all cash is accounted for and properly posted.

• Assist in the preparation of balance sheet account analysis to aid management in making informed decisions

Requirements • Proficiency in Fixed Asset Accounting

• Experience with Cash Applications

• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation

• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with Journal Entries

• Capability to manage Daily Cash Receipts
