Description We have partnered with an exciting company in Andover in search of an AP Clerk on a contract basis – this has the chance to go permanent for the right fit! This position is onsite at the office in Andover – some potential for hybrid down the road. Responsibilities for the AP Clerk will include: Processing high volume AP invoices Weekly check run ACH/wire transfers 1099 processing Respond to vendor payment inquiries For this position, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of AP experience. Strong computer skills. Excellent attention to detail. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity! Requirements - BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

• Recent and relevant accounting experience

• Skilled with ERP systems

• Self-starter and strong ethical standards

• Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

• experienced organizational, written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

• Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Foundational knowledge in accruals
