The ideal candidate would be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a specialty in Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field and have completed one related internship.
Candidates must be entering their junior or senior (60+ credit hours) year of a Bachelor’s degree or a graduate level pursuing a Master’s degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Communications, Public Relations or closely related field.
GPA of 3.2 or higher

Completion of 1 internship in a related field
Highest level of demonstrated Business Ethics, with commitment to exemplary personal and professional integrity

Critical thinking skills to ensure detailed status are provided
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast -paced work environment with limited supervision
Knowledge of latest continual improvement methodology and implementation strategies
This position can be a Salary Grade SA03, SA04, or SA05 based on the candidate's qualifications and standing as outlined below:
SA03 (Junior Non-Technical Intern)- must have completed 60-89 hours of college SA04 (Senior Non-Technical Intern)- must have completed 90+ hours of college SA05 (Post Graduate Non-Technical Intern) - Must have Bachelor's degree pursuing Master's
