Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description : Performing assembly of portable analytical instruments

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assemblies and sub-assemblies working off instructions.

• Perform basic functional testing on equipment.

• Manage inventory and equipment as related to the cell's operations requirements.

• Comfortable with rework or reassembling tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience with small hand tools.

• Ability to follow work instructions, both written and verbal.

• Skills in assembly, testing, and debugging instruments.

• Proficient in rework assembly and schematics assembly.

Work Environment

Work on a team of about 25 people in the assembly, calibration, and repair departments within an ISO 9000 environment. Each candidate will have their own workstation to complete tasks throughout the day. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andover, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
