ManpowerGroup EHS Training Coordinator - Andover, MA in Andover, Massachusetts

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a EHS Training Coordinator to join their team. As a EHS Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EHS Training Coordinator

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Range: $30-40/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Administer, coordinate, and continuously improve the EHS Management Systems and EHS training program.

  • Serve as a point of contact for the Learning Management System and site EHS SharePoint site.

  • Maintain and enhance management system aspects including EHS procedures and corrective action tracking.

  • Monitor key measures and report performance metrics to the EHS MS Lead and EHS team.

  • Collaborate with site EHS and Colleague Wellness on medical surveillance programs.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Studies, Environmental Policy, Sustainability, adult education, or related field.

  • 1-3 years' experience developing and implementing management systems and/or training programs.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills required.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, SharePoint 365, and similar digital products.

  • Ability to understand multiple complex inputs and take appropriate action.
