Robert Half Office Manager in Andover, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Andover, Massachusetts. This role involves managing office operations within a bustling environment, utilizing various software systems for accounting and customer relationship management. The position will require the successful candidate to be proficient in a range of tasks, including maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer applications and maintain accurate records using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services.

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries using Dentrix Dental Software and CRM.

• Oversee and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.

• Ensure efficient Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.

• Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.

• Use Concur for expense management and reporting.

• Oversee general office administration tasks to ensure smooth running of the office.

• Use 'About Time' software for effective time tracking and management.

• Carry out general accounting functions as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Concur, CRM, Dentrix Dental Software, and About Time

• Understanding of accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage inbound calls effectively

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Outstanding planning and organizational skills

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role is preferred.
