Covenant Health QUALITY DATA MANAGER AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR in Andover, Massachusetts

Are you passionate about harnessing data to drive meaningful healthcare improvements? Covenant Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Data Systems Manager who is skilled in data management and analysis and thrives on supporting quality initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Quality Improvement data systems, ensuring accurate patient satisfaction reporting, and leading data-driven projects across Covenant Health's acute care hospitals and post-acute facilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Integrity & System Management: Oversee the Midas Care Management and other quality data systems, ensuring system accuracy, stability, and user support.

  • Quality Data Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and facility quality departments.

  • User Training & Support: Train users, lead group sessions, and provide one-on-one support as needed.

  • Project Management: Plan and manage the implementation and upgrades of quality data systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

  • Data Integration & Compliance: Ensure data flows smoothly between clinical functions and regulatory reporting systems, staying abreast of CMS and other compliance requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze quality data needs and implement technical solutions.

  • Serve as the primary contact for integration of processes and data flow, collaborating with vendors and IT.

  • Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Design dashboards and scorecards that translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Support performance improvement projects through robust data analysis and reporting.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Computer Science, or Business, with technical expertise in data and computer science.

  • Clinical Insight: Clinical experience or background preferred.

  • Analytical Experience: 3+ years in clinical data analysis, with a strong foundation in database management and reporting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and statistical software. Familiarity with Midas Care Management and Datavision is a plus.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly insights and work effectively with diverse teams.
