Robotic Software Test Engineer

Full-time position

Andover, MA

Base salary range: $105,000-115,000 annually

Job Description

Actalent is seeking a Robotic Software Test Engineer to perform regression post-release testing on sensor and robotic systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manual and automated testing, executing test plans, reporting on pass/failures

• Working in the lab daily with hardware systems, software integration and testing

• Enhance/edit test plans and procedures when and where needed

Hard Skills

• Minimum B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• Experience with embedded systems software testing

• Writing test scripts (Python, C#, or similar language)

• Manual software testing, debugging, bug fixing

• Development and creation of automated scripts

• Experience with Regression, Unit test creation and deployment

• Ability to automate tests when/where needed

• Execute test plans & report on pass/failures
