Territory Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to grow and manage our products through effective engagement across all assigned product lines. You would be responsible for the productive distributor and end user relationships that increase our business by selling and ordering products within your sales territory.
What you will do:
• Grow the distribution network account base and execute a territory growth plan
• Lead the selling activity and support the Veeder-Root and Red Jacket products and services in the distribution and end user markets; retail oil companies, convenience store, jobber/dealer network, and non-retail/commercial customers
• Monitor performance of the distributor network, and adjust business plans as appropriate, to maintain and grow
• Conduct Distributor Business Reviews with Distributor principals and Branch Management teams
• Train and work with Distribution leaders to maximize participation in rebate, cash back, and other programs
• Identify key strategic accounts and develop account strategies to grow share by increasing penetration of key products
Where you’ll be:
• United States - location may vary
• Up to 75% travel is required
What we need:
• Batchelor degree or at least 7 years of professional experience required
• Demonstrated successful sales experience and proven quota attainment required
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
• Fuel industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Veeder-Root products is icing on the cake
