Marketing Campaign Specialist

Attleboro, MA

$60-65K/year

The nation's leading home services provider of pest control is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their corporate marketing team. This individual will manage the implementation of key revenue-driving marketing campaigns, including but not limited to service upsells, past customer salvage efforts, and various in-season promotions, all of which are part of the Franchisees' annual marketing plans. You will work with our internal marketing team and preferred vendors to deliver results that positively impact our Franchisees' short and long-term growth. You will also monitor campaign performance and provide budget and campaign insights both at the franchisee and enterprise level. You will also assist franchisees on campaign deployment on an as-needed basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring brand compliance and message consistency.

  • Reference historical and real-time campaign performance data when monitoring and adapting campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs.

  • Monitor campaign implementation with ad technology like Google Analytics, CRM, and Sales Center dashboards and make sure they are delivering results for locations.

  • Facilitate campaigns efficiently across multiple platforms.

  • Collaborate confidently with franchisees and marketing vendors for on-time campaign execution.

  • Adapt to new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical capabilities.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business/project management

  • 5+ years of experience with project management with digital marketing (SEM, Display, Video, and Social Media), traditional marketing, such as direct mail, working with print vendors, and using software to pull target audience mail lists

  • Extremely organized and a strong planner

  • Ability to multitask, manage, and report on results within a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to write/edit email communications and help develop other marketing support materials

  • Confident in working with franchisees at the system or individual level and collaborating with marketing vendors to execute all campaigns on time.

  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consumer marketing project manager: experience in home services and/or franchises strongly preferred

  • Experience with utilizing Adobe Suite for creative
