Job Title: Foreman/Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman to run commercial projects specializing in site work and water/sewer. You will also work on building playgrounds and parks. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and calculating on-site bulk materials, proper forecasting to ensure materials and equipment are available to complete the next phase, operating all heavy equipment, verifying grades, and maintaining onsite equipment. You will open and close the project site daily, conduct daily safety meetings, read blueprints, project plans, and specifications, communicate with subcontractors and project managers, advise and maintain project schedules, and work under the direction of the Project Manager. Ensuring safety protocols onsite will also be a key responsibility. Foreman/operators will be clearing 200k a year and will be working on prevailing wage jobs in the Worcester, MA area.
