SUMMARY: The Comfort Inn in Auburn is seeking to hire part-time or full-time HOTEL FRONT DESK positions. DUTIES: \ Greeting Guests: Make a good impression and provide excellent customer service \ Making Reservations: Book rooms over the phone, online, or in person \ Checking Guests In and Out: Assign rooms, process check-outs, and review accounts and charges \ Providing Information: Answer questions about hotel amenities, travel directions, dining, and entertainment \ Making Recommendations: Suggest shopping, dining, and entertainment options \ Helping Guests: Assist with vacation planning, dry cleaning, and other administrative tasks \ Coordinating With Staff: Contact housekeeping to deliver amenities and advise when rooms are ready \ Maintaining The Premises: Keep the work area clean and organized REQUIREMENTS: \ High School Diploma/GED
