We are in search of a Data Processing Clerk II to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry of data processing. As a Data Processing Clerk II, your main function will be to collect, review, and input data into a computer processing system, while also auditing the output data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and revise lists, control records, and coding schemes to process source data.

• Audit output data to confirm control totals are correct.

• Review files, tabulate results, prepare statistical reports, and maintain indexes and related files.

• Process and distribute output forms and reports.

• Engage in coding activities, calculate and check batch totals, and perform related clerical tasks.

  Requirements

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Performs work under direct supervision.

• Handles basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• Beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Great Plains software is preferred.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
