Under direction of the HR Service Center Manager and HR Operations Supervisors, you will facilitate the onboarding of new candidates following their acceptance of employment. As the point of contact for new hires, you will coordinate start dates, organize & book new hire travel to employee orientations as needed, as well as initiate and monitor the progress of all background checks.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring each candidate stays on track with their tasks in relation to the onboarding documents within Taleo. You will be asked to guarantee that each processing Step in Taleo is successfully reached from the time of acceptance through their orientation.
For each candidate you will keep track of any changes during the onboarding process and be responsible for effectively communicating those to the Onboarding Processor in the HR Service Center.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Required Skills –
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
High attention to detail with proven organizational skills.
Human Resources knowledge needed.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
1 Year of successful experience in and administrative/support function within Human Resources.
Desired Skills –
Proficiency in PeopleSoft
Proficiency in Taleo
